Description
For work areas that require regular set-up and tear-down and where a base can be permanently affixed to an existing structure, Adapter Base Systems are an ideal solution. These systems consist of a davit arm, mast, retrieval device and adapter base. This lightweight, reliable and easy to install system facilitates access to vertical confined spaces. The universal mast and davit arm allow for fall protection and retrieval and can be used and installed in many different adapter bases. The davit arm is equipped with a 5000 lb. ( 2268 kg ) anchor point. Adjustable lifting height 1993-2413 mm.
Complement with any of our fall arrest blocks with built-in rescue winch, do not forget the winch bracket. It is an optimal solution where you climb up / down yourself and need fall protection and rescue in one and the same solution. If you need to lift / lower someone hanging in a harness or bosuns chair, you must supplement the fall arrest block with a man riding winch. The winch itself on the fall arrest blocks is only for rescue in an emergency, and not intended for lifting a person for work purposes.
